On: 23.1 version, Shipping Receiving

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to accept the transfer with today's Not After Date

Using the after date as today, in the transfer items screen, the options accept and reject are not available.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The transfer should be allowed to be accepted or rejected when created on the same day.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into SOCS -> Tasks -> Shipping&Receiving -> Transfer -> Create request -> Select not after the date as today -> Click Apply -> Scan item and click Back
  TSF: Store 1-> Store 2
2. In actions -> Request
3. Change to Store 1-> Tasks -> Shipping&Receiving -> Transfer -> search by item = XXXXXX
4. Select the second transfer
5. Result: Both the options accept and reject are not available.
