Symptoms
On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Global Human Resources
When attempting to assign an AOR at Supervisor Hierarchy level,
the following error occurs.

Error: Invalid Value: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Responsibility
2. When attempting to click on Submit, error occurs
