PIN Number Requested To Users Using SAML Policy When OFS Session Times Out (Doc ID 2977758.1)

A PIN is being requested for users using SAML Login Policies even if the user is not in offline mode.

Depending on the IdP's configuration the PIN is requested under different scenarios, for example:


- When session is timed out.

- When the user closes and reopens the browser's window with OFS, even if the session is not timed out.


This behavior was detected after the Service Update 14 for version 23B was installed in the OFS environment, although some customers noticed it only after upgrading to the version 23C.
