BF - Unable To Load Purchase Order In DCA (Doc ID 2977911.1)

Goal

Unable to load purchase order in DCA
When loading PO file it's asking for dept and saying invalid purchase type ( C) . If null is passed for purchase type, it's saying enter purchase type.

However, both the fields are not mandatory as per oracle template.?
