Above Salary Range calculation not taking compensation zone into consideration

We are using the "Quartile in Range" > 'Above Range' indicator in a component eligibility profile and the calculation is not taking into consideration the compensation zone that is associated with the employee's grade, thus making the employee ineligible for the component, when they are actually eligible.
