Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) announcements are missing presuming that the Virtual Private Network (VPN) tunnel and BGP session are up. Still, not all expected routes are advertised to the on-premise or remote BGP equipment.
