Symptoms

In EICS, when attempting to process DcsAllocation inbound message from MFCS it is failing with the the following error occurs.

Step To Reproduce
1. Create Allocation from Allocation UI (PO based allocation)
2. Message received in EICS MPS_STAGED_TABLE and failed with above error
