Importing Job Console Data : Failed When Cloning to Other Environment (Doc ID 2978504.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to migrate an environment to a new one, the following error occurs:

"Importing job console data : Failed
Retrieving status...
The job console records import completed. Import file name is CloneJobConsoleData.zip, Total Records - NNN, Imported Records - YYY, Rejected Records - XXX, Rejected Records file - CloneJobConsole.zip"
(where NNN, YYY and XXX are numbers)
