Symptoms
Version: 23.1.301.0
When executing BDI promotion process the process itself finish without error but errors show in logfiles.
When executing on POM - no error
When executing on Flow - no error but has errors on log file
So no dataset is available to integrate to external system.
Steps to reproduce:
1- Create and approve a promotion on Pricing
2- Run process to create payload, 2 ways
a - On POM - BDI_PRICING_PROMO_OFFER_TX_JOB (OR)
b - On Flow - PromotionOffer_Tx_ProcessFlow_From_RMS
3- See that process finish without errors but when looking on logfile there is error.
