Symptoms

When attempting to run 'Generate HCM rates' process,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

'The SC_ABSENCE_RATE couldn't be processed. Review the associated messages to diagnose the problem (PAY-1636622)'


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process SC_ABSENCE_RATE rate definition.
2. While running 'Generate HCM rates' process fails.
