User is Not Able to Add Invoice Notes through UI (Doc ID 2978728.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

User is not able to see the added notes in Invoice UI level.

User can see the notes icon and is able to add the comments in the notes level.

After opening the same invoice, user cannot see the already added notes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After adding the note on the invoice, the user should see it.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to 'Payables' -> Invoices

2. Select 'Manage invoices' -> Search by Invoice number

3. Select Invoice and click on 'Edit'

4. Click on 'Add Note' button

5. Add Note

6. Save and Close
