Symptoms


Transfer Assets to Oracle Fusion Assets end in error.


PJC_CAP_XFR_FUTURE_DPIS : Asset IT Books and Records -MMMM YYYY isn't transferred because the Actual in-Service Date of the asset is after the current open period


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Project Assets > Transfer Assets to Oracle Fusion Assets
