Error Importing Assets into Another Instance (Doc ID 2978748.1)

Symptoms

The user in this casehas two instances of Oracle Content Management: "Testing" and "Production".


In the "Testing" instance, the user created a custom digital asset "Custom_Image" and created several Assets that use that new assettype.  Using the OCM Toolkit, the user exported the contents with the toolkit command:
