"Missing saved query name or saved condition" Exception When a Detail Workbench Table Has No Rows Found

Symptoms
A Workbench is created to display Parent data (e.g. Invoice) and then have two Detailed/Child tables of the parent (e.g. One for Related Shipments and one for Related Shipment Groups) . Some of the Parent data will have related items from one child table (e.g. Shipments) and some Parent data will have related items from the other child table (e.g Shipment Groups)
When the Parent data is selected that has related table from the first child data (but not the second), the second child pane displays the following error. In contrast, if the Parent data is selected that has related data in the second child table, then the same error is displayed in the first child pane.
