ReIM Dashboard not refreshing
ReIM initial dashboard does not display any data.
Steps To Recreate:
1.Login into ReIM.
2.Play with the dashboard filters to force display invoices present in the system.
3.Notice that the dashboard does not display any data regardless of having multiple discrepant invoices past due date
