Symptoms

3rd-party identity provider (IdP), such as Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), integrated with OCI.

The user tries to Enable Secure Verification (MFA) on the OCI login page using a computer browser and it fails with

Authentication Failed

 

and trying to Enable Secure Verification (MFA) on the OCI login page in a Mobile device, fails with
