Self-Service Grouping Greyed out for given Plan types

Client requirements are to change the sequencing of Benefit plans in self-service as part of Open Enrollment. So we are renaming existing Plan type grouping setup and updating Self-Service Grouping at plan type level.

Most of the plan type changes are allowing to select updated grouping name. However, some of the plan types it is not allowing us to select Self-Service Grouping that we renamed, and it is showing the list of values as Greyed Out.
