Amortization schedule does not correctly showing the amount to be paid.

The user has created the lease and then edited it to change the periodic payment amount in FA Leases.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a. Edit the lease.
  1. Amortization schedule does not showing amount changed from 2025 correctly;
  2. Though payment amount is decreased, there is increase in the cost;
  3. Amortization schedule is not showing interest on monthly basis though 'Calculate monthly interest accrued' is enabled.
