On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Technology Management - System Administration
Problem Description:
Custom Invoice Approval workflow template-Changes not reflecting in email intermittently though its having all data where as it is reflecting successfully in BPM
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Perform changes against the invoice approvals RTF template
2. Customize it via xmlpserver and move to custom folder
3. Create 2 new transactions with same data
4. The new changes done against the template reflecting successfully in BPM for the new invoice but not reflecting in Email Notification.
