Unable To Move Components From Stage To Prod Using Toolkit (Doc ID 2980638.1)

Symptoms

Customer can't find user "USER_NAME" having email address "email_address.com" in the Members list from Developer Components section, if user "USER_NAME" doesn't login for a few days in OCM platform.

User "USER_NAME" is the administrator of customer's entire OCM platform and the toolkit (used for transferring site activities and components from staging to production) is setup using "USER_NAME" user credentials.

If customer does not grant access to components to user "USER_NAME", customer cannot move components from stage to production.
