ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
While creating checklist for learning, the learning tasks type are missing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Learning task type should exist in checklist templates.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My client groups
2. Checklist template
3. Create new checklist> task type LOV:  learning types are missing
