When attempting to load benefit work book, the following error occurs.

 Insert Failed (A valid enrollment type is required. (BEN-991090)).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Benefit Administration --> Evaluation and Reporting --> Enrollment Uploads--> Prepare Enrollment Batch in Workbook.
