ADFDI Create Additions: Submitting first for upload only and then using Post button: Post failed null (Doc ID 2980797.1)

Using ADFDI in Assets:
Transactions > Add Assets in Spreadsheet

Trying to do an Upload only first and then a Post from the spreadsheet.

After data entry select to do the upload only via the "Submit" button and select additional options: Download all rows after successful upload
After upload goes through successfully
Next try to change to Post on the Spreadsheet and hit "Post" button now get error:
Post failed
null
