On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Global Human Resources
Business Title not defaulting in Create Work Relationship process.
When creating a new work relationship, user select job, business title should default based on job
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My client groups > Create work relationship > select Job > Business title field did not default
