PRC:CMK: When the B2B Administrator Role Is Copied to a Custom Role, No Infolets Display on the Overview Page

Symptoms
When the B2B Administrator Role is copied to a custom role, users are not able to see Infolets.
No changes were made to the custom role. It is exactly the same as the seeded B2B Administrator Role.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Copy seeded role: B2B Administrator to create custom role: XX PO B2B Administrator
2. Assign custom role to user
3. User with custom role navigates to Tools > Collaboration Messaging
4. CMK Overview page does not display any Infolets for the user with the custom role
5. Assign the SEEDED B2B Administrator role to the user, instead of the new custom role, now they can see the Infolets in CMK
