On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Opportunities

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When clicking on the Quote hyperlink in digital sales -> Opportunity -> Not navigating to Quotes details URL and also all the right side panels (products and team panels) gets disappeared.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The hyperlink should properly navigate to Quotes
The products and team panels should show

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Digital Sales -> Opportunity
2. Quotes and orders panel -> Click on Quote hyperlink
