On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Call Center

BEHAVIOR
---------------
Service Request File Preview Attachment is not available to preview

When file is attached to the Service Request Attachments, the customer is unable to view the preview file.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Service Center
2. Open an SR
3. Go to Service Request Details
4. Scroll Down to Attachments section.
5. Select a ‘.xls’ file and upload it
6. Click the preview button.
7. The file does not render.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the preview file.
