When attempting to mass assign a journey to multiple pending workers, no allocation occurs.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to be able to assign to multiple pending workers at a time.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Mass Assign Journeys > select multiple employees > no allocation occurs
