Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

There are no Business Units being displayed with a list of values (LOV) when creating a new contract.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Business units are expected to be displayed with a list of values (LOV) on the Create Contract page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Enterprise Contracts.
2. Create a new contract.
2. On the Contract Create page, select the Business Unit drop down.
3. Observe the Business Unit field not being displayed with a list of values.
