Error PRM-000000000 When Exporting More Than 10 Projects At The Same Time (Doc ID 2982940.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to export more than 10 projects from a workspace, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Failed to export
An unknown error occurred.
PRM-000000000

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OPC.
  2. Navigate to target workspace->View All projects.
  3. Select more than 10 projects->Gear icon->Export xx projects to P6.
  4. Error pops out.
