Symptoms

When attempting to run Risk Analysis, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Risk analysis failed to complete. Unable to complete risk analysis for XXXX project. All risk output data has been deleted. (PRM-008000001)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OPC
  2. Open project.
  3. Run Risk Analysis
