Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When creating a note on the Contract Header Notes tab, the detail disappears after clicking save.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Notes must remain and be visible even after saving the note or activating the contract.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Contracts Work area > select a contract > open it.
2. Go to Notes tab > add a note.
3. Save and Close > go back to the contract and click on the Notes tab and the notes aren't there.
