Symptoms
Process Description Changing When Uploading Induction Files.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Upload multiple induction templates one after the other.
2. Eventually, after several uploads, the process description changes to something that does not pertain to the current upload.
3. Users then have to exit and open a new upload tab.
