Unable To Export Repository Data (Doc ID 2984570.1)

Goal

Using the Oracle content Toolkit and the transfer command customer are getting security validations when running the batch job to download content from a repository - so that they can then transfer to another instance.

Here is the error below - the error is happening on two batches out of 38 batch transfers.

cec download-content --repository <repository name> --name "<batch name>" --server "<instance name>" --assetsfile "<file name>"
 - server: https://<host>

- total asset GUIDs in file <file name>: 200
 - validate repository (id: <repository guid>)
 - total assets in repostiory / channel: 7423
 - total items to export: 200
 - get CSRF token
 - submit export job (<job id>)
 - export job in progress [558s] ...
ERROR: export failed: Unable to download file. Security validation failed. '<asset id>' does not exist. The error was caused by an internally generated issue. The error has been logged. (ecid: <error id>) (Fri, 15 Sep 2023 08:22:39 GMT)
