Receiving 409, BucketAlreadyExists Error On OCM Instance Creation (Doc ID 2984573.1)

Can you please provide support for content management instance creation in (Test & Prod) fusion clouds of (Domain:<domain name>).
Fusion Test identity domain : <test domain>
Fusion Prod identity domain : <prod domain>

while trying to create OCM Instance for prod/test, we are receiving error as "GET request failedOCE-147: Cannot create Object Storage bucket in your compartment. Reason: Either the bucket '<bucked ocid>' in namespace '<namespace>' already exists or you are not authorized to create it (409, BucketAlreadyExists)". Please clarify and suggest how to create and access the Oracle content management from fusion cloud.
