Symptoms

Problem Description:

When clicking on Return to Prior Phase (e.g. Interviews), below confirmation message is displayed, but the job application is still in its current phase and state (Offer, To be Created).

"Confirmation: The job application for candidate XX was returned to the previous phase and state."
