Symptoms
FDC Automatic Tax Calculation not working
Transactional tax calculation stopped getting automatic calculation even though the Configuration Owner Tax Options is enabled and set to Determine Applicable Tax Regimes for FDC.
Due to this behavior, all transactional taxes need to be manually applied.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Tax Calculation should happen automatically by running the Validation process
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer have to manually enter the FDCs
2. When enter the FDC line, populate all related values, and run validation, system should calculate the Taxes based on Tax setup rules, however it does not and user has to enter Tax lines manually one by one
