ADFdi Spreadsheet Ends with Error - ERROR_INTERNET_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED: 12007 - When Connected to VPN (Doc ID 2984820.1)

Symptoms

After downloading ADFdi spreadsheet and openning the spreadsheet ends with error.

Error
Connection Failure Report shows the following error.

Fact
Issue occurrs only via VPN access. Smartphone tethering access can avoid above error and sign-in to ADFdi spreadsheet without error.

1. Connect the PC to the internet from Wifi + VPN
2. Download and open ADFdi spreadsheet
