 ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

For a number of the teachers reported the following data is not outputted:
Actual Pensionable Pay in the Pay Period, Employer Contributions, Employee Contributions, Employee Contribution rate, etc.
Whilst they have these values in their Payroll run results, the MCR does not show these values. 

Note: There's also a situation were two more employee assignments are getting picked up in Payroll and MCR , although they shouldn't.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The expectation is that the MCR mirrors the monthly Payroll results for the same employees when assignments status is active.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Payroll Calculation for some employees.
2. Run MCR process report for same employees.
3. Observe that for same teachers, there's no data outputted by MCR.
