Details
As we continue to improve infrastructure for all Oracle Primavera Unifier customers, we are making a change to our inbound email services.
Maintenance window:
- A maintenance window will be required to make this change. Details in below Timeline/Status table.
- During this period Oracle Primavera Unifier will be unavailable.
- We recommend that you do not interact with any emails from Unifier during this time.
What to expect and upcoming changes:
- Unifier’s Completing Tasks via Email will send to a new “to” email address domain.
- If you are leveraging Dedicated Mailbox for Shells, please be advised that the dedicated mailbox for Shells domain will also change.
- If you are leveraging Project Mailbox (External Emails), please be advised that the project mailbox (external) domain will also change.
- The new email address domain will be one of the following based on the Unifier region:
- @imap1.cegbuses.ocs.oraclecloud.com
- @imap2.cegbuses.ocs.oraclecloud.com
- @imap3.cegbuses.ocs.oraclecloud.com
- After the change, Unifier will only process emails sent to the new Mailbox address per Unifier region. If any Unifier user responds to the old Mailbox address, then they will receive an Email Delivery failure notification.

Actions
What do I need to do?
- Ensure Unifier users action all their pending Tasks via Email from Unifier before the Maintenance Window.
- If, however, not all pending Tasks via Email are actioned by Unifier users prior to the Maintenance Window, then when responding to any pending Task via Email sent prior to the change, Unifier users need to click the "View in Unifier" link on the Task Email to action from within Unifier.
