Symptoms

When attempting to create the direct integration testing between SOCS and MFCS for the Inventory Adjustment , the message did not flow to MFCS due to the following error in SIOCS mps_staged_message table

oracle.retail.sim.common.core.SimServerException: Error processing message! [Inbound: false, MessageType: RmsInvAdjustment, BusinessId: SIM#627314]

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Adjustment User exceeds maximum length.

Steps To Recreate:
1) Login to SOCS
2) Choose Inventory Adjustment
3) Create Inventory Adjustment transaction from SOCS

5) Note data is still there in mps_staged_message table due to above error.
