Items Counted Using Bulk Scan Are Not Saved In Count Items Screen And STOCK_COUNT_LINE_ITEM Table (Doc ID 2984913.1)

Symptoms

Items counted using Bulk Scan are not saved in Count Items screen and STOCK_COUNT_LINE_ITEM table.

Steps To Recreate:
1.Create a product group for a Unit stock count and check the Rec-count Discrepancies.
2. Create product group components for one of the department
3. Create Product Group Schedule to be executed today
4. Login to SOCS > Inventory Management > Stock counts > Click On More Actions (...)>select bulk scan.
5. Add items and click apply
6. Change filter count/Rec-count Qty to counted
7. Click Save
8. Click Yes on popup "Are you sure you want to save the child count?"
9. Click on child count again > Note all items are showing up as uncounted.
10. Change filter count/Rec-count Qty to counted.
11. Note counted items are not listing on Count Items screen.
