Favoriting a Declaration Then Accessing It Directs You to the Wrong Screen (Doc ID 2984936.1)

Symptoms

When saving a declaration as a favorite then accessing that declaration from the star icon located next to the search bar, then pressing edit on the declaration it redirects you to the transaction page and not the declaration page.
