Fusion Compensation: TCS: Statement Not Appearing Online Version After Update (Doc ID 2984963.1)

Goal

Customer has Total Compensation Statement module implemented and its been live.

After a recent update, it is believed that the only Total Compensation Statement noted was the printed reported version.

Also with the Comp Admin role the printed version is available.
The online version where it had nice vertical tabs showing things like "Summary" and each tab shows the details of the Total comp statement components like Compensation benefits configured with graphs via ESS is not visible anymore.

Is this intended?
