Symptoms
The Search Service inside Dx4C Buying Cloud that supports Offer Search (GET APIs TMF 620 and search bar use cases using POST API for Search) employs OCI OpenSearch in its backend for swift data storage and retrieval. The Dx4C Buying Cloud release 23C utilizes OCI OpenSearch 1.x, and the Dx4C Buying Cloud release 23D is built on OpenSearch 2.x. OCI OpenSearch does not facilitate a direct upgrade from 1.x to 2.x cluster. Therefore, when upgrading to 23D, a new independent 2.x cluster is established, and 1.x cluster is terminated.
Changes
The Dx4C Buying Cloud release 23C utilizes OCI OpenSearch 1.x, and the Dx4C Buying Cloud release 23D is built on OpenSearch 2.x.
