Goal

We have user in our IDCS with VBStudio(Visual Builder Studio) roles. We don't want notification to be sent to this user/emails from VBStudio(when build job is success or failed and any commits on master branch for repositories) instead we wanted to send to different email and we have updated the email address in IDCS but emails are still going to old email address. How do we ensure that the emails are sent to updated email address
