Goal

Recurring POM jobs in PROD that are enabled are getting skipped

There is SA_TRANSACTION_LOADING_CYCLE Jobs that are scheduled for recurring in MERCH Hourly_Cycle in PROD POM. This cycle has Important jobs that process the finance related data to ReSA. These jobs are getting skipped even though they are enabled.
