Cannot Create In The UI A 2-legged Transfer To Inter-company External Finisher (Doc ID 2985516.1)

When creating a Transfer in the MFCS UI, it does not allow the user to create a Transfer going from a Warehouse to an External Finisher residing in a different Tsf Entity/Org Unit ID, then returning back to the same Warehouse (i.e. 2-legged Transfer).

If you choose Transfer Type = Inter-company, it allows you to choose the From WH and the External Finishers that are inter-company.....but then it does not allow you to return the merchandise back to the same WH as the From WH.

Similarly, when you choose Transfer Type = Manual Requisition, it allows you to choose the From and To Loc to be the same, but the only External Finishers available are those within the same Tsf Entity/Org Unit.

The retailers most common scenario for External Finishers is that once they receive product from the Supplier into the WH, they send it to the external finisher (setup in a different Tsf Entity/Org Unit), who does the work, then sends it back to the same WH.
