When attempting to Execute RPM PRICE EVENT EXECTUTION JOB is FAILING IN STAGE the following error occurs.

Error ORA-06533: Subscript beyond count returned by program unit RMSSUB_PRICECHANGE_UPDATE.BUILD_PRICE_CHANGE.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. CREATE PRICE CHANGE FOR VDATE+1
2. Trigger RPM PRICE EVENT EXECUTION in NIGHTLY using URL
