Error When Attempting to Create A Connection Between OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) Via the OIC Adapter to Unifier (Doc ID 2985747.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a connection between a Primavera Unifier environment in the Oracle Cloud (Single Tenant (ST)) and an OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) connector, the error below is being displayed. This problem is occurring for multiple Unifier environments.

When sending a Basic Authentication REST API call to the Unifier environments (using Integration Users with Authentication Type = "OAuth") via Postman the calls are successful.

"Unable to test connnection xxxxx Oracle.ics.common.exception.NonICSRuntimeException"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Send Postman OAuth Authentication call to the the Oracle hosted OCI Unifier cloud environments (Single Tenant).
  2. Response code 200 and Authentication Key is returned.
  3. Attempt to create connection between OIC and Unifier environments via the OIC Adapter.
  4. The Error noted above is displayed.
